简介
Dr Darshan Datar holds a PhD in Law from the University of Melbourne. He also holds degrees from the European University Institute, the Central European University, and O.P Jindal Global University. Dr Datar has also spent time as a World Comparative Law Visiting Scholar at Humboldt University and as a visiting fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law. His research focuses on comparative constitutional law, constitutional theory, secularism, and human rights. Dr Datar’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the International Journal of Constitutional Law, the Australian Journal of Law and Religion, and World Comparative Law.
