Dr Lotto Lai has more than 20 years education, research and industrial working experience in a position of executive level, especially in the area of quality & innovation management, testing and certification (T&C) industry, as well as, AI Innovation by Extenics. Dr Lai served in Hong Kong Science and Technology Park for near 12 years as Senior Manager of Quality System. Moreover, He has serviced the Hong Kong Society for Quality (HKSQ) since 1997. Furthermore, he has been appointed as a member of the Testing, Inspection and Certification Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) by Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF), Education Bureau, HKSAR, since 2010.
