Dr Xianyuan Liu

简介

Dr Xianyuan Liu is an Academic Fellow in Multimodal AI in the Machine Learning group, School of Computer Science at the University of Sheffield. He also serves as Assistant Head of AI Research Engineering at the Centre for Machine Intelligence. His research focuses on multimodal AI for scientific discovery. He is the principal developer of PyKale, a PyTorch-based framework for multimodal learning.Xianyuan received his PhD from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2023 and his BEng from Southeast University in 2016, China. He worked as a Senior AI Research Engineer at the Centre for Machine Intelligence from 2023 to 2026.
