Zhou Jiang (Google Scholar Citations > 5800, H-index = 41) is a Full Professor of Management at College of Business and Law, RMIT University, Australia. He is a current Director of the RMIT Centre for Organisations and Social Change (2026-). Professor Zhou (Joe) Jiang served as Head of the Department of Business Administration (a multidisciplinary department comparable to a graduate business school) from early 2022 until its transition into RMIT’s discipline-based academic structures in late 2025, with overall responsibility for the Department’s strategic leadership and operations across teaching, research, industry engagement, internationalisation and academic development.
