简介

Lai-Sang Young is the Henry & Lucy Moses Professor of Science and Professor of Mathematics at NYU Courant. Her research focuses on dynamical systems, particularly chaotic systems, including Lyapunov exponents, entropy, fractal dimension, strange attractors, random perturbations, and correlation decay. She has also worked on particle systems and kicked oscillators, and recently expanded to theoretical neuroscience.
