Marisol Diaz is the Program Manager for MIT App Inventor responsible for administering and managing projects, programs, workshops, and events, all while fundraising, facilitating collaborations and agreements, and managing the project’s resources. The co-creator for the Global Appathon formerly the Global AI Hackathon and the lead organizer for MIT App Inventor’s annual Summits since 2014 and MIT RAISE 2024 and 2025 MIT AI and Education Summit. With a passion for creating community engagement and coordinating enriching experiences for learners of all ages, researchers, educators, and explorers to network and discuss common challenges in education to advance positive solutions together.
