Driven by the firm belief that only through collaboration can we face our biggest challenges, Dr Martijn van der Kamp aims to educate, inspire and equip those who are tackling these challenges through the topics of teamwork, strategy, and leadership. As a researcher, educator, and consultant, Martijn has worked internationally with business, government, education, and research teams on the design and implementation of teamwork and partnership strategies. At RMIT, Martijn is an associate professor and program director of the Master of Business Administration. His work regularly features in the media and at international conferences, and has received awards from The Academy of Management, The American Psychological Association, and the International Association for Conflict Management.
