Pamela Allen is the regional director of graduate recruitment at Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. Allen earned a master's in organizational leadership and an MBA in marketing, both from University of Redlands. Prior to joining Northeastern, Allen served in several leadership roles at the University of Redlands over her 12-year career in higher education, including senior associate director for events and outreach, regional director of recruitment for Los Angeles, and campus director. Helping prospective students on their educational journey and seeing them achieve their dreams and career goals are what drive her most.
