Roslyn has over 25 years’ experience working with organisations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe, specialising in strategy, sustainability, and diversity. She is a Lecturer (Leadership & Strategy) at RMIT University’s College of Business & Law, School of Management, and Course Coordinator for undergraduate and postgraduate programs delivered in Melbourne and Singapore. Roslyn’s expertise spans multiple industries including engineering, technology, higher education, professional services, horticulture, metals and mining, hospitality, and early childhood education. Her research, culminating in a PhD from RMIT University, explores Australia’s changing workplace from a generational perspective.
