Stephan Hitchins is an experienced design practitioner, educator, and researcher who has contributed significantly to evolving design thinking frameworks, particularly as they apply to complex problem solving, innovation, and education. Through both academic research and professional practice, Stephan has critically examined the limitations, barriers, and misconceptions within traditional design thinking models. His work focuses on improving mastery, fluidity, and the practical application of design thinking in complex and dynamic contexts.
