学生补助：老师大方，因为随便干点活都给补助，所以拿老师的钱有点愧疚。师生关系：尊重学生，语言上从未过激学生前途：允许学生实习，随便实习，很自由，一般会推荐实习的地儿，去或不去尊重学生的意愿

学生前途：真心是一个善良的老师，学术水平不评价，但是为人和善，在钱的问题上不会跟学生差事，办事也大气。
