Aileen Kent Yates

About

Aileen Kent Yates is an associate director of experiential education and employer engagement and an assistant co-op coordinator at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. She received her bachelor’s in elementary education and special education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kent Yates worked as an educator before transitioning to human resources in the corporate world. As a human resources consultant, she worked in all areas of human resources within the software and hardware industries, as well as the retail industry. She also worked in human resources search and placement before joining Northeastern. It is at Northeastern where she has been able to combine her strengths and interests in both education and human resources as part of the Khoury C
