Dr Ancy Gamage is a management researcher and academic with experience in academic leadership, and industry engagement. Her research focuses on building inclusion and resilience in organisations and broader communities. Her research career is guided by a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainability. Dr Gamage has been involved in large scale government-funded research projects examining workforce inclusion and retention in the visitor economy in Australia, Fiji, and Indonesia. She has co-authored major technical and policy reports in collaboration with a range of industry stakeholders (including the UNWTO and the Victoria Tourism Industry Council) and has published in A-ranked journals.
