Anna Scaglione M.Sc.’95, Ph.D. ’99 rejoined the faculty of Cornell Engineering in September 2021 as a professor of electrical and computer engineering based at Cornell Tech. Prior to returning to Cornell, she was a Professor of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering at Arizona State University. She was Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering previously at the University of California at Davis (2008-2014) and at Cornell University (2001-2008), where she became Associate Professor with tenure in 2006. Scaglione was an Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico (2000-2001). Dr. Scaglione’s expertise is in the broad area of statistical signal processing with application to communication networks, electric power systems/intelligent infrastructure and network science. Dr.
