Dr Asanka Gunasekara holds a PhD in Management from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, where her research examined the impact of social integration on the personal wellbeing and job satisfaction of skilled migrant employees. She is an award-winning academic with over 15 years of experience in the Australian higher education sector, expertise in human resource management, organisational behaviour, management, and leadership. She has received multiple teaching awards for her innovative teaching and course design at both RMIT and Swinburne University. Drawing on her professional background in HR and Finance, Asanka is deeply committed to applied, industry-focused teaching.
