About

My research and teaching interests lie in law and technology, equity and trusts, corporate governance, and cross-border litigation. My research explores the extraterritorial reach of equity in corporate accountability, and the evolving nature of sovereignty in a digital world. My PhD examined how equity can assist in controlling corporate malfeasance through cross-border litigation. I have a strong background in both law and technology. Before transitioning to academia, I worked as a design and software engineer in telecommunications and medical devices, giving me a unique interdisciplinary perspective in my research and teaching.
