导师辨识特征：老师是陕北人，不高，急性子不喜欢慢性子的人，老师人还不错，会替学生着想，经费还可，搞蜂蜜的，课题组氛围也还可。学术水平：学术水平在蜂蜜界还可，有自己的公司科研经费：还可师生关系：允许实习，如果可以老师也愿意给你推荐工作。
