自证认识导师：罗姆3楼学术水平：陈Sir的学术能力毋庸置疑，有自己的想法，早年光通信大牛，现在做光子集成光路科研经费：所有片子都拿去流片美滋滋学生补助：一般般，照常发放师生关系：尊重学生的意见，经常指导学生，对科研很上心，绝对的好老师工作时间：看你自己的自觉学生前途：允许，甚至允许自己的学生专门做社工，鼓励学生全面发展。
