学术水平：副教授，学术水平不太了解，因为我也很水科研经费：我很水，不太了解学生补助：我觉得老师人超好，杂活很少，还会给你相应的报酬。对于你的学术，也没有严格要求，你要是想好好做论文，老师还会给你辅导。师生关系：我觉得老师是不干涉实习的，毕业找工作还是要看自己吧
