导师辨识特征：建工学院书记学术水平：科研能力和指导能力都很强，能够提供靠谱的课题。科研经费：经费非常充足，科研上需要的经费不用担心，安心做实验，研究，写论文就好了学生补助：偶尔发一些，根据工作量和个人表现了师生关系：师生关系非常融洽，陈老师人很好，能够提供各方面的帮助，通常一作都给学生工作时间：无硬性要求学生前途：读博老师都会帮忙介绍，学生工作都还不错
