学术水平：觉得自己什么都懂，自己的学生都牛逼，别的老师学生都垃圾的水平

项目多，手下学生分好多组，人脾气好，但是经常拍脑袋决定学生研究方向，朝令夕改。放学生实习，找工作靠自学，项目用处不大。
