自证认识导师：丑话说在前头 学术水平：学术水平一般，略低于化学所平均值，很难评上荣誉称号 科研经费：钱比较多，但是比较抠 学生补助：卡着最低工资标准 师生关系：乱七八糟规定太多，学生很不开心 工作时间：没有加班，7*24都是正常工作时间 学生前途：只能搬砖
