Christina Platz

Dr Christina Platz is a senior lecturer in Intellectual Property Law, Negotiation and Dispute Resolution and Contract Law at the School of Law, RMIT University. Christina is furthermore an NMAS/ AMDRAS-accredited mediator. She is a graduate of law from the University of Southern Denmark and holds a PhD in law from La Trobe University. Christina's scholarly work spans from copyright law and technology to dispute resolution and emotion in conflict. Her research interests are mainly in intellectual property law (with emphasis on copyright law) and appropriate dispute resolution (emotion in conflict). Her research has been published in leading international and Australian journals including the European Intellectual Property Review as well as Psychiatry, Psychology and Law and has presented he
