Dr Colin S. C. Tsang is a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.He earned his B.Sc. degree in Mathematical Sciences and his M.Phil. degree in Applied Mathematics from the Hong Kong Baptist University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
