导师辨识特征：导飞课，高超课。讲飞行力学，讲课特认真。学术水平：传统的知识水平很高的，创新性不是很高，适合培养工程型人才。科研经费：项目很多，经费可观。学生补助：1000元每月师生关系：会关心学生的生活工作。工作时间：自习学生前途：主要还是得靠自己去努力找工作，不能用指望老师的。
