导师辨识特征：浙江口音，在化新楼313 学术水平：非常厉害的大牛，在国际上都排得上号 科研经费：实验条件非常好 师生关系：比较有压力，push，适合有基础的学生锦上添花，不适合低年级新生学习 工作时间：要打卡 学生前途：不支持实习，但未明确强硬禁止，理论上达到要求还可以勉强放行实习
