Deepak Sardana is an Associate Professor in the School of Management within College of Business & Law at RMIT University, which he joined recently in Feb 2024. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation and international business (especially Asian Business). Deepak’s research has been published in prestigious international peer-reviewed journals – Research Policy, Journal of Small Business Management, Small Business Economics, Journal of World Business, Industrial Marketing Management, International Business Review, International Marketing Review, International Journal for Production Economics, etc. He has co-authored two books – Conducting Business in China and India: A comparative and contextual analysis (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017) and W
