学术水平：只搞工程科研经费：经费上从不含糊，丁老师有自己的公司，学生补助很好。师生关系：博士情况不了解，只说下硕士。丁老师是大导，学生都交给侯老师、宫老师、许老师等人带，所以不同的组研究方向也有差别，情况不一。学生前途：看个人，只要跟上团队脚步不掉队，都能找到理想工作。
