导师辨识特征：我滴儿子！学术水平：混官场的，要什么学术水平，业务不懂，还学蒋介石，瞎指挥科研经费：有的，但是用起来脱层皮学生补助：别想了，不倒贴钱就不错了师生关系：极差，爱开会，爱折腾，爱做搅屎棍，实验室让博士管理，牛鬼蛇神工作时间：打卡，早8：30，晚5：30，但是逼得紧学生前途：混得好的和实验室经历无关，混得差的恨这烂人一辈子
