自证认识导师：本科老师学术水平：我建大老师，学术水平也就那样了，董老师懂一些技术和理论，能和你交流，并能依据经验提供建议科研经费：在建大信控，董老师的科研经费算多的，手上不缺项目学生补助：听硕士还在董老师手下干的说有，但是是按照项目发，有团建旅游，跨个省啥的师生关系：和实验室学生关系挺好，没听说和谁急眼工作时间：较少，看你个人，实验室有空调有网的，好多人去学生前途：在建大信控中算好的，水平高的可以触及BAT，一般的也不缺找个工作
