About

Markus completed his PhD in Discrete Mathematics in 2019 from the University of Turku. He then had a Postdoc position in the Foundations of Algorithmic Verification group at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems, Saarbrücken, for two years. He was then awarded a FRS-FNRS Postdoctoral Fellowship to work at the Department of Mathematics, University of Liège. He became a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science at Loughborough University in August 2024.
