Research interests. I'm a data scientist developing Geometric Data Science: an emerging area with applications to crystallography, structural biology, mathematical modelling and robust evaluations of AI. My recent achievements include unambiguous definition of a periodic crystal structure (IUCRJ 2024), justified by a complete invariant with a continuous metric (Pattern Recognition 2026), and a complete and bi-continuous invariant of protein backbones (MATCH 2025, Acta Cryst D). Those approaches allowed quick detection of thousands of duplicates in the Google's GNoME dataset and Protein Data Bank.
