He received his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Warwick. He worked in Singapore as a research engineer (8 years), software engineer (1.5 years) and lecturer (2 years). His current research focus is in network security, where he is developing data-driven approaches to identify, detect and predict threats in large networks.
