导师辨识特征：老师热爱运动，是个温柔的人。学术水平：在缓控释肥料的研究中是国内前列。科研经费：项目经费充足，前几年的973项目，现在的重点，面上项目均有涉猎。学生补助：师生关系和谐。不是很push的类型，但会卡着时间点询问你当前的进展。师生关系：允许学生毕业，一般不会拖延。学生毕业后工作也会帮忙。
