学术水平：微纳加工领域世界前列！科研经费：经费充足，最大限度支持学生实验，容许并容许实验失败，鼓励探索！师生关系：尊重学生，因材施教，组内氛围融洽！学生前途：尊重学生意愿，并尽力提供最大帮助，会为学生的长远发展考虑，真正的良师益友！

学术水平：段老师是真正做学术的老师，影响因子10.0以上的论文很多科研经费：今年刚评上优青，经费杠杠的师生关系：不抢一作，亦师亦友。跟学生关系非常融洽，组内氛围很好学生前途：十分尊重学生的选择，已经毕业的学生工作要么在做博后要么留校任教。
