科研经费：前期乱花，后期没了学生补助：3250起步，每年多100 师生关系：学生不用打扫卫生，不用报账。所以实验室就是垃圾场，火葬场，安全隐患极多。工作时间：996至少的，每天需要汇报做了啥，周六上午开组会。学生前途：看人下菜，喜欢收礼，喜爱的推荐博后，冷宫的自求多福。
