学术水平：这些年论文发的还挺多，学生的动手能力普遍比较强。科研经费：年轻老师，好像比较少，但是遇到好老师的话经费算个屁啊。师生关系：有幸跟段老师共事过一段时间，觉得人相当好。学生前途：学生前途不太了解。
