About

George Konidaris is a Professor of Computer Science and director of the Intelligent Robot Lab at Brown University. His research aims to build intelligent, autonomous, general-purpose robots by understanding the computational processes that generate intelligence. He focuses on designing agents that learn abstraction hierarchies for fast, goal-oriented planning, integrating machine learning, reinforcement learning, optimal control, and planning. He is also co-founder of Realtime Robotics and Lelapa AI.
