导师辨识特征：在学生答辩的时候吸烟，不配当老师学术水平：自己不干活，自己也不懂，学生讲的他也不懂科研经费：没有经费学生补助：不给补助师生关系：很不好，千万不要选这种老师，典型的领导作风工作时间：没有硬性要求学生前途：才不管学生前途，各种歧视学生找不到工作。
