自证认识导师：文汇五楼办公室，陕北口音学术水平：炒冷饭也没炒出什么，年纪好大了才评上教授，实际上没那个水平，比较耽误人科研经费：没有科研创造力、没有科研项目，哪来的经费… 学生补助：学校固定补助师生关系：确实在小事上护犊子，但是往往会侵占学生学术成果，把学生当作劳力、垫脚石工作时间：经常喊人去家里学生前途：一片暗淡
