导师辨识特征：华南农业大学科技楼五楼学术水平：作为科研工作者，非常热爱自己的事业，尽管平常还要带女儿，但仍活跃在科研一线。作为老师，尽心尽责，极富有耐心！师生关系：很罕见的老师，作为老师非常nice,极有耐心，尊重学生，可能女儿还小，所以带硕士博士都跟管理她女儿一样，面面俱到，但有点过头了。工作时间：不是导师规定的，是实验室的制度，一天打六次卡……，平均日时长11个小时左右吧，周日无明确规定能休，但休息也可以
