自证认识导师：哈工大的本硕，长春光机所的博士 学术水平：个人能力当然很强，现在还在做科研 学生补助：每个月500 师生关系：会让自己的博士生干很多活。硕士生还好属于放养状态。 工作时间：标准工作时间 学生前途：不太干涉学生其他的事情，起码可以让学生独立完成自己的事情。
