学生补助：根据实验室打卡时间而定，200-800不等，赚个200块钱难上加难师生关系：目前正常毕业的博士不到10个，有延一年的，延两年的，延到不能再延的。组会挨骂正常，被骂哭更是正常工作时间：打卡，周日晚上开组会无节假日，无周六日暑假一周，寒假两周学生前途：不允许实习，找工作还得请假答辩完还得做实验
