导师辨识特征：最有气质和气场的那个就对咯学术水平：手中有很多课题，每天晚上做梦都愁课题咋完成，哈哈哈哈科研经费：学生们帮助做课题会给不少经费学生补助：很融洽，导师气场太足学生们不得不敬畏啊哈哈哈哈师生关系：允许实习，但尽量不要耽误课程；支持你学习其他的东西，但不要耽误写毕业论文
