自证认识导师：天津土著，热情开朗，为人师表。学术水平：主要做传统化工精馏方面的研究，前沿文章发表不多，但在精馏方面，有精深的造诣。科研经费：全力支持学生的科研，对于学生科研的花费实报实销。学生补助：从不克扣师生关系：尊重学生，给学生发挥的空间，给学生提供实践的机会工作时间：周末节假日不加班学生前途：非常关系学生的就业，主动帮学生联系工作。
