学术水平：这个看老贺的publication就知道了科研经费：老贺基本不缺钱学生补助：不清楚师生关系：没见过老贺生气，哪怕延期好几年的师兄。。工作时间：比较自由，进度驱动非时间驱动学生前途：搞学术的合适，混文凭工作的话和老板说明也不会强行限制你，不过读书期间实习得先完成课题组的毕业论文要求
