Herbert Chang is a computational social scientist who studies social networks, online politics, and how technology shapes human behavior. His prior work covered the 2020 United States and Taiwanese Presidential Elections, the George Floyd protests, and the Russian invasion of Ukraine. His work has been featured in the New York Times, the Washington Post, Scientific American, and Forbes 30 Under 30 for Science.
