导师辨识特征：说话很干练，语速很快，个子挺高的，有点壮，泡面头学术水平：非常前沿，很有思路，天马行空科研经费：非常充足，也愿意给学生用学生补助：没有补助，这是最大的黑点师生关系：实验室管理比较灵活，没有打卡，老师人还不错的。工作时间：工作时间比较灵活，没有打卡学生前途：有很多从事教职，前途不错
