学术水平：不会带着写论文，无法指导学生写论文科研经费：项目挺多，事多不过项目不专一只想赚钱学生补助：500-1200 师生关系：离校师兄基本不接电话，可想而知师生关系如何，不骂人喜欢压榨人工作时间：没有固定打卡时间，只要他看着你在就行，晚上基本不在除非开会学生前途：不允许实习，师哥们的工作都找的不错
