导师辨识特征：神经外科实验室主任学术水平：都很前沿有趣也很难，干细胞研究很多科研经费：在研800万吧学生补助：大方出手，理解学生，对学生毫不吝啬，每月会额外补贴1000～1200 师生关系：真正导师样，为人师表受尊重工作时间：不强制，自由安排时间，出可靠成果就行学生前途：关心理解支持，像母亲！学生工作去向都很不错
